I believe each of us has a unique and important life story. Life presents each of us with many unique challenges each day. One of the most rewarding parts of my life is listening to those life stories and using my abilties to guide people of all ages and backgrounds in their personal and professional journeys .

Life challenges happen, a medical diagnosis such as cancer for yourself or a loved one, divorce, loss of a job, death of a loved one including a beloved pet. The stress or anxiety and depression that hit us when we least expect it.  My goal is to work with each client as an individual to help you utilize your strengths and attain the personal growth you desire and progress in your life.

My background includes extensive experience in the corporate for profit sector as well as the non profit medical and mental health fields. I received my Bachelors degree from Barry University and my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Barry University. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida,( LMHC),a National Certified Counselor(NCC), and a Certified Hypnotherapist. I have been fortunate to work with numerous and various non for profit organizations. Those include:
